Title: Exodus Storytelling Skit Competition - March 2024 Edition

Overview:
The "Exodus Storytelling Skit Competition" is a creative competition designed for participants within the Christian community to bring the stories from the book of Exodus to life through skits. Participants will have the opportunity to retell these biblical narratives in a respectful and engaging manner. This competition aims to deepen participants' understanding of the Exodus story while fostering creativity and community engagement.

Competition Rules:

1. Eligibility:

   • Open to individuals or groups within the Christian community.
   • Participants must have a genuine interest in sharing and retelling the stories from the book of Exodus.

2. Registration:

   • Register by joining the group and subscribing to the YouTube channel @drclaireudanoh
   • Registration if free
   • Deadline for registration: 15th March 2024.

3. Skit Requirements:

   • Skits must be based on stories from the book of Exodus.
   • Participants are encouraged to use creative storytelling techniques while maintaining reverence for the biblical narratives.
   • Skits may be dramatic, narrative, or even musical.
   • The audience should have the opportunity to witness these biblical stories come to life.
     

4. Preliminary Round:

   • Each registered participant/group will record a 90 seconds skit during the preliminary round. You must upload your skit to your YouTube channel and post the link here in this group.
   • Judges will evaluate skits based on creativity, adherence to the biblical narrative, and overall presentation.
   • The top 8 skits will advance to the final round.

5. Final Round:

   • The finalists will record a 3 minute skits. They will be advised where to upload the skit. The skits will be published on Dr. Claire Ugo Udanoh YouTube channel.
   • Judges' scores from the preliminary round and the highest numbers of likes will be factored into the final scores.

6. Prizes:

   • 1st Prize: N50,000
   • 2nd Prize: N30,000
   • 3rd Prize: N20,000
   • The remaining 5 finalists will be given N10,000 each.

7. Event Dates:

   • Preliminary Round: 16th March 2024
   • Final Round: 30th March 2024
